We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please read the product-specific guidelines below.
💰 Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- For Partial COD orders, a small amount is paid upfront, and the balance is paid at delivery.
- If the parcel is refused and returned:
- Partial advance is non-refundable
- However, we offer one free resend, provided the customer covers return courier charges
📦 Standard Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer full or partial refunds under the following conditions:
- Lost in Transit: You may choose a refund or free resend. Process and credit will be done in 5–9 business days.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Email us photo evidence and we’ll issue a full refund.
- Incorrect Address or Non-availability: If your parcel is returned due to address errors or no one being available to receive it, you'll need to pay the shipping fees to resend it.
