🗓️ 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please read the product-specific guidelines below.

💰 Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • For Partial COD orders, a small amount is paid upfront, and the balance is paid at delivery.
  • If the parcel is refused and returned:
    • Partial advance is non-refundable
    • However, we offer one free resend, provided the customer covers return courier charges

📦 Standard Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer full or partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • Lost in Transit: You may choose a refund or free resend. Process and credit will be done in 5–9 business days.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Email us photo evidence and we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect Address or Non-availability: If your parcel is returned due to address errors or no one being available to receive it, you'll need to pay the shipping fees to resend it.

  3. Do not send any item back without prior approval — it will not be processed

💳 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You can expect to receive the payment via your original payment method within an additional 5 working days.
